What motivates Yves each morning is the impact he can have within the company. Connecting with people, working alongside a talented and committed team, and knowing he contributes to our collective success fuel his passion. Naturally curious, he has a deep interest in history, politics, culture, science, and sports—always driven to better understand the world and those around him.
His principles are clear: respect for oneself and others, attention to detail, and a spirit of collaboration. An optimist at heart, Yves believes everyone has strengths worth discovering if given the chance. Originally from Haiti, he began his career there before immigrating to Canada. He adapted to the fast pace here while maintaining his trademark calm and patience, guided by his motto: take the time to take the time—a lesson he values deeply and incredibly good advice, if you ask us!
His father remains his greatest inspiration, having taught him the importance of truly listening to others. Outside of work, Yves enjoys tennis, literature, and good films, and treasures time spent with his family, his greatest anchor.
