Your missions
1. Supervision and Coordination of Daily Operations

Oversee and coordinate the activities of operational departments.

Ensure compliance with quality standards across all services (front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and leisure).

Ensure consistent delivery of the service promise to individual guests and groups.
2. Staff Management
-
Supervise and support department heads.
-
Contribute to the management of scheduling, staffing levels, and team performance.
3. Quality and Guest Satisfaction
-
Develop and implement procedures to enhance the guest experience.
-
Address guest inquiries and manage complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Conduct quality control inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
4. Financial Management
-
Monitor departmental costs and ensure adherence to the approved budget.

Implement corrective measures to optimize profitability while maintaining high service standards.
5. Health, Safety, and Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
6. Continuous Improvement
-
Identify opportunities for innovation to improve operational efficiency.

Propose and implement service quality improvement initiatives.
7. Interdepartmental Collaboration
-
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance departments.

Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at achieving the hotel’s business objectives.
8. Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Your profile
• University or college degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality and food service industry.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., PMS, POS) and strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule based on operational needs.
Assets:
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of the Marriott Bonvoy environment
• Training in occupational health and safety.
