Reporting to the Housekeeping Director and the Assistant General Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor coordinates the department’s operations and ensures the quality of service provided to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff.

• Coordinate daily operations of the department.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas.

• Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met.

• Assist with staff scheduling as needed.

• Contribute to the training of new employees.

• Support department staff in their professional development.

Qualifications:

• DEC in Hotel Management or at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.

• Proficiency in computer applications; knowledge of hotel management software is an asset.

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is an asset.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• High availability, patience, attention to detail, thoroughness, stress tolerance, and discretion.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Languages

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position, as we serve international clients.
