Team spirit was on full display at this year’s Camp Tidan, as colleagues from across the Tidan Hospitality & Real Estate Group gathered at Hotel Mont Gabriel for a memorable day dedicated to connection, collaboration, and celebration.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Laurentians, Camp Tidan provided employees from our hotels, corporate office, and affiliated properties with the opportunity to step away from their daily routines and spend quality time together in a relaxed and inspiring environment. A highlight of the day was an engaging series of team-building activities led by Activac, whose dynamic challenges encouraged communication, problem-solving, and collaboration while bringing plenty of laughter and friendly competition to the event.
The lunchtime pizza competition was a total hit, not only instilling a bit of healthy contest between our owners, executives and leaders, while also providing some delicious results! Settle a debate – which was your favorite?! Naja and Sophie’s mini pie? Mr. Sofer and Mr. Yuval’s classic pizza masterpiece? Was it Roberto and

Beyond the activities, Camp Tidan celebrated the incredible people who make our organization thrive. From shared laughs and new friendships to meaningful conversations and unforgettable moments, the event served as a reminder that our greatest strength is the people behind our properties and corporate teams.
Guests enjoyed delicious food, outdoor activities, interactive games, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with colleagues they may only know through emails, phone calls, or virtual meetings. The atmosphere reflected Tidan’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration, respect, and a shared passion for hospitality.
