Tidan is a hotel and real estate group that has been in business for 55 years, with a portfolio of 12 hotels and more than 65 real estate properties, as well as the largest tennis club in North America.
Tidan Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to support a portfolio of properties. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, this role works closely with General Managers and Sales teams to achieve revenue targets through effective pricing, inventory, distribution, forecasting, and system accuracy. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, comfortable working with multiple hotel systems, and able to clearly communicate revenue strategies to different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage revenue strategy for assigned hotels, including pricing, inventory, availability, restrictions, promotions, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to understand objectives, analyze performance, and recommend actionable strategies to improve revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
- Review daily and weekly performance reports, including booking pace, group production, market demand, pickup, and channel performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, local demand, and key economic indicators impacting each property.
- Ensure rate parity and consistency of rates, restrictions, packages, and promotions across all systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, GDS, OTA, brand websites, and direct channels).
- Support the creation and launch of new rates, packages, promotions, and other revenue opportunities.
- Identify distribution issues and collaborate with internal teams or vendors to resolve them.
- Support system migration projects (PMS, CRS, RMS), including transition to Power of M, testing, training, configuration, and process alignment.
- Manage and optimize the Duetto RMS system and leverage data to support better decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase direct bookings, optimize OTA strategy, and improve channel mix profitability.
- Provide guidance and training to hotel teams on revenue tools, systems, reporting, and revenue management fundamentals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a combination of relevant experience.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of rates, inventory, restrictions, and their impact on hotel performance.
- Knowledge of hotel distribution systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, GDS, OTAs, channel managers, and direct channels).
- Functional experience with PMS, CRS, RMS, and OTA extranets for basic support and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of rate setup and rate loading within a PMS.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and communicate data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and identify urgent issues.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience with Marriott systems or similar brand environments.
- Experience with RMS tools such as Duetto, IDeaS, One Yield, or equivalents.
- Experience with Opera Cloud, Opera Admin, and reporting configurations.
- Experience with systems such as SynXis, iHotelier/TravelClick, Reservit, Lightspeed, iQware, or MARSHA.
- Experience troubleshooting OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).
- Experience supporting PMS, CRS, or RMS migrations and system implementations.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable working with data and reports.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn multiple interconnected systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across hotel teams.
- Ability to explain complex revenue concepts in a simple and clear manner.

Willingness to travel between properties as required.
