COVID-19 UPDATE FROM TIDAN

We are all experiencing it: the COVID-19 pandemic is shaking up all of our daily lives for our communities, families and businesses. While circumstances are changing quickly, we can navigate these difficulties by working together.

For our commercial and residential tenants, our offices have limited hours of operations. We ask that you call or email, rather than visiting, your respective property management offices, should you require any assistance during this period. We are leveraging the strength of our leadership group to adapt to the changing circumstances.

A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

Tidan has activated a corporate crisis committee and has strong processes and support teams in place. All our hotels have been informed in detail on essential preparatory and preventative action plans – ranging from hygiene measures including increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency to guidelines on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) or lockdowns for quarantine purposes in cooperation with the local health authorities.

We are continuously monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the governments and the local health authorities, to continue working towards providing the best service possible while safeguarding the safety of our guests and associates, within the requirements issued by such local authorities.

We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more thoughtful as we go through our daily activities. Our team is working diligently to ensure that our properties can continue to provide essential services in this challenging environment.

In order to be proactive and respect the government measures put in place, we have implemented the following health and safety procedures, but not limited too:

  • Protective barriers have been installed
  • Certified cleaning and antiseptic products
  • Increase disinfection of high touch points
  • Increase hand sanitizer stands
  • Accrued public area cleaning
  • Preventive protocol amongst our employees
  • Information monitoring of developments

 

FLEXIBILITY

We know that your plans may change. In this context, our flexible cancellation policy is particularly reassuring. This allows you to cancel a stay 24 hours prior to your arrival. In addition, and exceptionally, the cancellation conditions of prepaid stays were modified. You can then make reservations with peace of mind.
